Grade 2 History Box Incursion

  • Date
  • August 15,2018

  • Time
  • 10:00:am - 12:00:pm

Dear Grade Two Parents,

This term the children will be exploring the topic ‘Our Changing Community’. In order for our investigation to get off to a flying start, we will be having a visit from the History Box team on Wednesday the 15th of August.

While at GIPS, the History Box educators will run a program that specifically focuses on changes to school and home life over the past 150 years. The session, ‘Life…Then and Now’, will help us to understand how daily life has changed throughout the centuries, decades and years.

In order to complete our set activities, all children will need to be in their classroom at 8.55am for the morning roll and to be prepared for the session.

The cost of the incursion is $15.00.
No payment is required if you have paid the excursion levy.

Please provide online consent and online payment (if required) via Compass, no later than Wednesday the 8th of August.
